FreshLife由主音Alan、結他Vincent、Bass手Logout及鼓手Nick所組成，四個隊員各自來自不同的地方，雖然成軍不久，但是充滿朝氣，經過《失敗時代》，早前推出與隊名同名歌曲的《FreshLife》外，最新歌曲《跑吧！阿甘！》也正式上線，誓要在這個夏天為樂迷帶來FreshLife，驅走寂寞痛悲。
